Experience - 02 to 5 yrs Salary Range - 03 lacs to 04 lacs Per Annum Key Responsibilities: • Sample and test as per laid procedures and confirm all ingredients including water, intermediates & finished products meet with quality standards. • Check all quality control related parameters in the manufacturing processes, advice corrective measures in the event of deviations from standards and ensures compliances. • Check & ensure regulatory norms for labeling of finished products. • Ensure products on hold are properly marked and communicated to Dispatch. • Inspect & record the temperature and general condition of the vehicle & clear for loading only if it is satisfactory. • Check all measuring devices are in order, calibrated. • Maintain all QA records & documents in order. • Carry out product improvement and new product development work assigned from time to time. Maintain records. • Ensure strict confidentiality of processes & formulation is maintained. • Plan systematic preventive measures & precautions to ensure that predefined quality of products is reached & maintained. Experience & Education: • Degree from a recognized University majoring in food technology. • 2-4 years' experience in food industry. • QA experience in dairy/non-dairy industry an advantage
Experience - 04yrs to 07 yrs Salary Range - 04 -06 lacs · To undertake laboratory analysis & monitoring of microbial cultures, samples and new products using specialist computer software and a range of identification methods. · per laid procedures and confirm all ingredients including water, intermediates & finished products meet with quality standards. · To isolate and make cultures of microorganisms, identify their characteristics, and observe their reactions to chemicals and other kinds of stimuli · To see GMP and GHP is followed by department heads. · Ensure products on hold are properly ear marked and communicated to Dispatch. · Maintain all QA microbiological records & documents in order. · Ensure strict confidentiality of processes & formulation is maintained. · Ensure appropriate manufacturing process & facilities points, training’s, cleaning schedule & instrument calibration. · Responsible for practical implementation for effective Quality Control on lines. · Look for cost saving opportunities to contribute to operational excellence targets. · Promote quality awareness and improve existing quality systems. · Maintain Good Laboratory Practice in Micro-lab. · Maintain safety & healthy environment in microbiological laboratory. · Ensure QMS is complied / results trended / corrective actions followed. · Co-ordinate with External lab for sample management. · Support shift work activities when needed.
