Senior Manager - FP&A

As a FP&A Support Champion, your role will focus on enhancing productivity, reporting, and metrics within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing FP&A finance support related to productivity, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner - Conducting monthly corporate reporting using Hyperion and Adaptive Planning - Evaluating product performance on a monthly basis - Collaborating with Business Unit teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts - Identifying and researching variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year numbers - Developing and maintaining effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams - Building models to project long-term growth and determining impacting business factors - Preparing business cases to support new investment and strategic decisions - Reviewing processes and procedures to provide recommendations for improvement - Coordinating with teams in the US, China, and UAE for various activities - Utilizing BI tools such as Power BI, Hyperion, and Essbase to deliver meaningful insights into business performance - Developing SAP reports for understanding key metrics in a timely manner The ideal candidate for this role would be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-10 years of experience in Financial Analysis, P&L Preparation, Balance Sheet management, Financial Modeling, Forecasts, and Profitability Analysis, preferably in an FMCG or Pharma MNC. You should possess a significant analytical skillset and proficiency in SAP (COPA), BI, and reporting tools.,
