AECOM is seeking for a candidate to be based in Bengaluru or Gurgaon. Candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise. Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others. Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables. Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects. Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package. Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings. Prepares technical specification sections. Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements. Responsible for engineering design and modification activities related to electrical & electronic circuits, systems, and equipment. May involve the installation and operation & maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Discipline concerning power systems, electronic and transmission equipment, electric service and supply systems, lighting systems, communication service and supply systems, fire alarm and detection systems, control systems or electrical installations. An electrical engineer focuses on designing, maintaining and improving products that are powered by or produce electricity. Electrical engineering deals with electricity, electro-magnetism and electronics. It also covers power, control systems, telecommunications and signal processing. These engineers are usually concerned with large-scale electrical systems such as motor control and power transmission, as well as utilizing electricity to transmit energy. Qualifications Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Minimum Requirements Overall 8+ years of work experience is preferred. Previous experience in HV Cable OEM design teams working for Grid Utilities (for e.g., National Grid, Transgrid, Powergrid etc.,) for Underground HV Cables design is highly desirable Expsoure to International standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, Australian Standards and Middle East region codes and standards) is preferred Previous design experience working with CYMCAP or other similar software tools for EHV/HV AC and DC Cable Ampacity calculations, EMTP Calculations and modelling expertise is highly desirable Chartership with IET-UK or equivalent is desirable Very good communication skills (Oral and Written) in English language is mandatory

Responsible for customer relationship management with All India DISCOMs and EPCs Responsible for timely submission of offers in line with customer's specifications with necessary processes and meeting Order Intake and SM target Responsible for submitting correct offers with full ownership of offers and driving LoAs with the internal alignment of all stakeholders. Keeping the records updated as per guidelines. Preparation of reviews and representation of vertical during the MGM reviews on a need basis Coordinate with other internal departments for special topics and Drive spec-in with Technical Promotion and Sales Teams Development of vendor ecosystem for Distribution business and maintaining a relationship with strategic System Integrators Must be an active team player with a collaborative and open-to-learn approach with minimal supervision We are seeking a bachelor's in electrical or Electronic Engineering with a proven track record and experience of 05-10 years in Electrical Distribution systems and/or Power Automation systems with expertise in control & protection, automation systems will be preferred. Good knowledge of interpretation and application of electrotechnical languages, symbology, and IEC standards. Available to travel for a national and international business trip. Self-motivated, quick, and assertive. Calm, collected, and collaborative work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Interpersonal and Communication Skills focus on internal and external customers. Able to work in a multinational environment
