About Ruh:

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Production

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production from sourcing to dispatch.
Oversee and coordinate work with karigars, workshops, and vendors.
Build production calendars and ensure timely delivery across all categories.
Maintain strict quality standards and cost control.
Support implementation of ERP / MIS systems for production tracking.
Lead and mentor production coordinators, QC team, and interns.

Requirements:

3-5 years’ experience in production management, preferably in ethnic or occasion wear.
Strong vendor and artisan network in Kolkata or North India.
Deep understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and finishing.
Process-oriented with experience in scaling or systemizing production.
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
