Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Production based in Kozhikode. The Head of Production will be responsible for managing production schedules and overseeing the production processes. Daily tasks will include overseeing the operations management, ensuring efficient production planning, and leading a team effectively. The role also involves managing budgets and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

• Production Planning and Production Management skills
• Operations Management skills
• Team Management skills
• Budgeting skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
