About Ruh Ruh is a women’s ethnic wear brand that combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive intern to support our office operations and accounts/billing processes. This role offers hands-on learning in both administration and basic finance within a growing fashion brand. Role Overview The Office Administration & Accounts Intern will assist in managing day-to-day office operations , vendor and team coordination , and support the accounts/billing team in tracking transactions, preparing invoices, and maintaining financial records. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in fashion business operations, finance, and administration . Key Responsibilities Office Administration Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and punctuality logs. Organize office supplies, stationery, and courier records. Manage filing systems (digital and physical). Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications. Assist HR with notices, letters, and onboarding tasks. Accounts & Billing Support Assist the accounts/billing person in preparing invoices and bills for customers and vendors. Maintain records of payments, receipts, and pending invoices . Support daily/weekly reconciliation of accounts and flag discrepancies. Track petty cash and small office expenses. Ensure all invoices, receipts, and bills are accurately filed and organized . Vendor & Team Coordination Liaise with vendors (tailors, suppliers, courier partners) for timely follow-ups. Support internal teams in administrative or coordination needs. Reporting & Tracking Prepare daily/weekly updates on office activities and accounts. Flag issues, delays, or discrepancies to the manager or owner. Requirements Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field . Basic knowledge of accounts, billing, and Excel/Google Sheets . Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and ability to coordinate with vendors and staff. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
