As a Senior Process Designer at our company, your primary role will involve designing processes, overseeing customer service, and implementing solutions to ensure efficient operations within the organization. You will be responsible for developing new strategies, implementing improvements, and ensuring that processes meet customer expectations within specified cost and timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implementation of SOPs, SLAs, and other required working standards to meet customer expectations - Developing policies aligned with organizational strategies - Collaborating with management to determine strategies for new initiatives or projects - Conducting process audits and analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommending changes based on industry best practices - Developing and implementing process improvement plans, including process mapping, redesign, and optimization - Communicating process changes to staff to ensure full knowledge of new procedures - Training and coaching team members on process improvement tools and techniques - Managing customer service and ensuring customer retention through process enhancement - Reviewing employee performance to ensure adherence to new processes - Collaborating with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment - Creating reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives With 12+ years of experience, you will be based at our office in Cochin Infopark, working from Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
