Job Description

Job Summary The HOPC is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations,, administering employee benefits and compensation programs, and managing talent acquisition, personal development programs, Payroll process and management activities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and salary reviews. Manage talent acquisition and management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. Manage HR metrics and reporting, providing insight into HR activities and trends to inform decision-making. Partner with management to provide guidance on HR-related matters, including employee performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Created 6-month People Strategy plan with set KPI’s for the People team to achieve on deliverables Implementing Talent Management Strategies to retain our top talent including Performance Management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resource. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. Experience managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and talent management activities. Evaluating Employee’s Performance and soft skill development Proven ability to analyze HR metrics and use data to inform decision-making. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
