Job Description

As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing Omni channel store business operations. Your primary focus will be to build scalable processes, systems, and develop a strong team to achieve a 10x scale and complexity. Your background in Operations Management, Problem-solving, People management, and Data analysis will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and team performance. You will play a vital role in aligning operational processes with company goals to ensure seamless collaboration across departments. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the stores to ensure high performance across Speed, Productivity, and Quality metrics. You will use data analysis and KPIs to monitor performance, identify improvements, and execute strategies to deliver results. Proactively identifying operational bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies will be essential, and you will be required to develop and implement practical solutions using structured problem-solving methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis. Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing operations team will also be part of your role. Setting clear goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning will be key to your success. You will collaborate with departments including Replenishment, Supply chain, Category, and Customer service to align operations with business priorities and deliver customer value. In addition, you will manage budgets and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of time, people, and capital. Creating clear, actionable reports and dashboards and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership will be crucial in your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in operations management or related roles. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are required. You should also have demonstrated success in leading teams and managing change in dynamic environments, along with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with process improvement frameworks and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma is preferred, as well as experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships. Preferred attributes for this role include being a strategic thinker with a hands-on execution style, strong organizational and prioritization skills, high attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and being tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems.,
