Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Single POC for CEO & leadership team for overall Ops P&L and human resource management
  • Working closely with the leadership team and Head of Departments to define rollout strategies, and drive the execution of new initiatives across the board including New Product Development
  • Reviewing and improving existing processes through automations, integrations, or changes in team structure to increase scalability, efficiency and quality of service
  • Support Operations departments to ensure targets are met, daily operations are running smoothly, and identify bottlenecks
  • Create a solid set of reporting structures to have accurate and actionable data easily available for our teams
  • Be accountable for key company metrics related to onboarding, satisfaction, retention and efficiency
  • Work with procurement, production, dispatch, logistics, sales, accounting & all stakeholders to ensure company is well prepared for growth

Requirements

  • FMCG experience is MUST
  • Experience in Operations is MUST
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
