Head of Merchandising

• Order Management: Oversee all aspects of the order process, including order placement, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the junior merchandisers, ensuring clear communication, adherence to deadlines, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Raw Materials Coordination: Work closely with the manager to monitor and forecast raw material needs, ensuring that materials are sourced and available on time for production schedules.
• Vendor Communication: Collaborate with the manager to communicate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. Address any issues or delays, ensuring they are resolved quickly to avoid production bottlenecks.
• Problem Solving: Address any challenges that arise related to raw materials, order fulfillment, inventory, or vendor performance.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate processes for efficiency improvements and implement best practices to streamline order management and raw material coordination.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser, with a strong background in managing clothing brand orders, raw material coordination, and inventory.
• Experience in leading a merchandising team, including junior staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with managers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and merchandising software/tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
