Responsibilities:

Drive the strategy for inorganic & organic marketing. This involves creating a roadmap for achieving business goals and identifying the best channels and tactics to achieve them.

Help strategize & develop highly engaging content across social platforms that is highly targeted to our game’s unique audiences

Managing paid media campaigns, this includes managing paid search, social media performance , display, and affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as art, data & product to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of product enhancements/initiatives and procedures and the ability to create a do anything environment necessary to support organizational goals

Work on ASO & related components.

Who we’re looking for

Prior experience in video games industry, social media, and publishing. Agency background is a plus. Has previously handled both organic and in-organic marketing for a mobile app (gaming is preferred)

Analysis: Expert skills in exploring and analyzing trends in engagement and feedback.

Project Management: Superb judgment and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated excellence in prioritizing your efforts to deliver maximum value under time constraints.

Working knowledge of analytical tools & dashboards alongside marketing specific tools. (AI is a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to think BIG
