Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolhapur for a Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will oversee market planning and management, conduct market research, and develop and implement marketing strategies. They will also manage public relations efforts and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth. The role involves leading the marketing team, monitoring performance, and adjusting campaigns to meet targets. Qualifications Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Management Experience in Market Research and analyzing market trends Skills in Sales and developing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets Public Relations skills to manage company reputation and media relations Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
