We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales & Marketing Head with strong experience in the real estate, building material, marble, granite, or interior products industry. The candidate will lead the sales team, manage key client accounts, and drive marketing strategies to expand the company’s market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly & annual revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and real estate developers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer/retailer networks.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.

Marketing & Branding

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Create marketing materials: brochures, catalogues, ads, and online content.

Business Development

• Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate deals with high-value clients.
• Maintain strong understanding of marble varieties, finishes, installation, and quality standards.

Client Relationship Management

• Handle key accounts and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth coordination with production, logistics, and operations teams.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and after-sales issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred.
• Any degree
• Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate, building materials, marble & granite, tiles, sanitaryware, or interior products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings & site visits.

Salary Range

• Based on experience + Incentives
