Head of Marketing and Business Development

As the Marketing Head for OTC & FMCG at Jolly Pharma India, a leading Ayurvedic healthcare company established in 1997, you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategies for our flagship Ayurvedic OTC products like Tulsi 51 Drops, Vaseer Anti-Piles Capsules & Gel, Fat Go Capsules, and Honey Syrup. With over 25 years of experience in delivering wellness products rooted in Ayurveda, our mission is to provide natural and reliable solutions to households across India. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in OTC/FMCG marketing, preferably in the Ayurvedic OTC or allied health & wellness sectors. Your responsibilities will include developing distributor and retail networks, launching strategic marketing campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility in both urban and rural markets. Your success will be measured by your ability to lead the marketing roadmap, drive distributor-led growth strategies, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of offline distribution channels, a proven track record of success in mass market penetration, and prior experience with Ayurvedic or Herbal brands. You should possess strong leadership skills, market analytics capabilities, and a passion for consumer health. Your role will involve developing brand positioning strategies, rural/urban channel plans, and product visibility enhancements to drive market share growth.
