HIRING: Marketing Head – OTC & FMCG (Ayurveda Preferred) We're on the lookout for a seasoned and strategic Marketing Head to join Jolly Pharma India , a legacy-driven Ayurvedic healthcare company established in 1997 . About Us: Jolly Pharma has been serving wellness with integrity for over 25 years. Our flagship Ayurvedic OTC products include: Tulsi 51 Drops Vaseer Anti-Piles Capsules & Gel Fat Go Capsules Honey Syrup Our mission is simple – to deliver potent, natural, and reliable solutions rooted in Ayurveda, to every household. Role: Marketing Head – OTC/FMCG Location: [Mention City or State] Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in OTC/FMCG marketing Industry Preference: Ayurvedic OTC or allied health & wellness sectors What We’re Looking For: Deep understanding of offline distributor & retail networks Proven success in penetrating mass markets with OTC/FMCG products Prior experience with Ayurvedic/Herbal brands is a big plus Skilled in brand positioning, rural/urban channel strategies , and product visibility enhancement Strong leadership, market analytics, and go-to-market execution skills Highly motivated, self-starter mindset with a passion for consumer health What You'll Do: Lead the marketing roadmap across India and new markets Build distributor-led growth strategies Launch new Ayurvedic OTC products with strategic 360° campaigns Strengthen market share and brand visibility in both urban and rural India Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and product innovation teams This is an incredible opportunity to shape the future of a trusted Ayurvedic brand and lead the charge in taking natural health solutions deeper into the Indian household .
