As the Marketing Head for Jolly Pharma India, a renowned Ayurvedic healthcare company, your role will be pivotal in shaping the marketing strategies for the OTC and FMCG products. With over 25 years of legacy in delivering wellness solutions, you will be responsible for driving the growth and visibility of the flagship Ayurvedic OTC products like Tulsi 51 Drops, Vaseer Anti-Piles Capsules & Gel, Fat Go Capsules, and Honey Syrup. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the marketing roadmap for India and new markets - Develop distributor-led growth strategies - Plan and execute strategic 360 campaigns for new Ayurvedic OTC products - Enhance market share and brand visibility in urban and rural areas - Collaborate with sales, R&D, and product innovation teams **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5+ years of experience in OTC/FMCG marketing - Deep understanding of offline distributor and retail networks - Successful track record in penetrating mass markets with OTC/FMCG products - Experience in Ayurvedic/Herbal brands is a plus - Proficiency in brand positioning, rural/urban channel strategies, and product visibility enhancement - Strong leadership, market analytics, and go-to-market execution skills - Self-driven individual with a passion for consumer health This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a trusted Ayurvedic brand and drive the adoption of natural health solutions in Indian households.
