Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled legal professional with 1 to 2 years of experience to lead our legal team as the Head of Legal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing finance or NBFC housing finance company.

Roles and Responsibility



  • Oversee all legal matters related to housing finance or NBFC housing finance company.

  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Provide expert legal advice on various matters, including contracts and agreements.

  • Manage and supervise a team of lawyers to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

  • Analyze and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in housing finance or NBFC housing finance company.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in managing and supervising a team of lawyers.
