Key Responsibilities

1. Fund Reuse & Analyst Relations

Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with approved allocations.

Analyze opportunities for effective fund reuse and optimization.

Liaise with analysts to present clear financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies.

Develop strong relationships with equity analysts, institutional investors, and research firms.

2. Presentation & Showcasing

Prepare high-quality investor decks, quarterly presentations, and Board updates.

Showcase company performance, strategy, and fund usage effectively on paper and digital platforms.

Build easy-to-understand visual reports for financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Draft press releases, fact sheets, and FAQs for investors and media.

3. Research & Analysis

Conduct market, competitor, and sectoral research to identify investment opportunities.

Provide insights on channel partner performance and market positioning.

Support strategic decision-making with detailed research-based reports.

Track macroeconomic and regulatory changes impacting the business.

4. Channel Partner Engagement

Build strong relationships with brokers, research analysts, and investment banks.

Act as a single point of contact for investor queries and research reports.

Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across stakeholders.

5. Media & External Communication

Manage investor-related media interactions, including business channels and research platforms.

Collaborate with PR/media teams to ensure accurate and positive coverage.

Monitor and analyze media coverage related to the company and industry peers.

Proactively engage with financial journalists and research analysts.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities (both written and verbal).

Relationship management skills with investors, analysts, and media.

Strategic mindset with attention to detail in fund usage and reporting.

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.).

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent.

10–15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Research.

• Prior exposure to working with listed companies, investment banks, or research houses preferred.
