Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for the Head of Internal Audit Department. The role involves leading and managing the internal audit activities of the company, developing audit strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, performing audits, developing internal controls, reporting audit findings, and providing recommendations for improvements. The Head of Internal Audit will work closely with other departments to strengthen internal processes and ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Financial Risk Management competencies Expertise in Finance, Internal Controls, and Accounting Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record in auditing and compliance, preferably in a large organization Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CA are a plus Show more Show less
