Are you an experienced HR professional with strong leadership and operational management skills We are looking for a Head of Human Resources & Operations with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, strategies, and best practices. You will oversee the entire recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement process, manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and compliance policies. Additionally, ensuring smooth operations and workflow across departments, developing strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction, handling administrative and operational tasks to support company growth, and leading and mentoring HR & operations teams for efficiency and productivity.
