🚀 We're Hiring: Growth Head – Spice Pay (B2C App) 📍 Location: Noida, Sector 125 💼 Experience: 8–10 Years 🏢 Department: Digital Growth Spice Money is building one of India's most meaningful digital finance stories for Bharat. With 1.3M+ rural Adhikaris across 700+ districts, we’ve been at the forefront of last-mile financial inclusion—and now, we’re taking the next leap with Spice Pay , our wallet-first UPI app for the next billion users. We're looking for a Growth Head to lead the full-funnel growth strategy for Spice Pay—from activation and retention to referrals and repeat usage. This role is for someone who thrives in zero-to-one journeys, understands rural user behavior, and can convert marketing inputs into real business outcomes. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Own DAU/MAU growth, wallet activation, referrals & retention Design multi-use case engagement programs to build user habits Launch & optimize referral and rewards-led acquisition Work with Product, Performance Marketing & CRM teams on lifecycle journeys Lead growth experiments and A/B tests for activation & habit formation Use tools like Appsflyer, Amplitude, Firebase, GA4 & CleverTap for funnel tracking Build and monitor real-time growth dashboards and KPIs ✅ What We’re Looking For 8–10 years of experience in B2C app growth, ideally in fintech/payments/e-commerce Deep understanding of rural digital consumers and mobile-first behaviors Proven success in driving user adoption, engagement and retention Proficiency in tools like Appsflyer, GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, Netcore/CleverTap Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Creative) Data-driven mindset with a builder’s attitude 📈 Success in This Role Means: Activation rate > 35% within T+7 days DAU/MAU ratio consistently > 35% 50% of new users perform 5+ transactions in first week 20% new user acquisition via referral Seamless assisted + self-serve onboarding across Bharat If you’re looking to build and scale one of India’s most ambitious digital payment platforms for rural India , apply now and join us in driving the next phase of financial empowerment for Bharat. 🔗 Apply here or reach out at amaan.khan@spicemoney.com #GrowthMarketing #FintechJobs #UPIWallet #BharatTech #DigitalInclusion #RuralFintech #ProductGrowth #LifecycleMarketing #RetentionMarketing #SpiceMoney #SpicePay.
