About CrepDog Crew (CDC)

CrepDog Crew is India’s biggest streetwear and sneaker ecosystem — combining premium retail stores, curated online platforms, and homegrown designer brands. With experiential stores in Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, CDC is not just a retailer but a cultural engine shaping fashion in India.

We are now looking for a Head of Fashion Merchandising to lead our retail-first merchandising strategy, ensuring the right products reach the right customers at the right time.

About the Role

The Head of Fashion Merchandising will drive how CDC plans, curates, and scales its apparel and footwear offerings. This leader will guide merchandising teams, onboard new brands, and work closely with partners to create collections that resonate with India’s growing premium fashion consumer base.

This is a strategic leadership role that combines analytics, brand relationships, and consumer insights with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Merchandising & Planning

Build and execute seasonal merchandising plans across apparel, footwear, and accessories.

Forecast trends, analyze sales performance, and create product strategies that maximize sales and minimize stock-outs.

Brand Onboarding & Collaboration

Act as the key partner for new brands joining CDC.

Guide them on product assortments, sizing, and launch timing to ensure retail success.

Ensure smooth onboarding without dictating rigid inventory numbers — instead, recommend gradual scaling to match performance.

Retail Merchandising Excellence

Align store assortments with location-specific needs and customer profiles.

Ensure premium, experiential retail displays with strong product storytelling.

Optimize inventory flow across Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad stores.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor the merchandising and brand communications teams.

Set KPIs, monitor performance, and build a culture of proactive planning.

Data & Insights

Use consumer and sales data to continuously refine assortments.

Share insights with leadership and brand partners to drive better decisions.


Qualifications & Skills

8–15 years of experience in retail merchandising (fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail).

Proven track record in physical retail merchandising — department stores, fashion retail, or premium lifestyle chains.

Strong analytical ability: ability to interpret sales data and forecast demand.

Excellent vendor management and brand partnership skills.

Leadership experience in building and guiding merchandising teams.

Creative mindset with a consumer-first approach.
