Head of Enterprise Technology Services - India

Role Overview: As a Head of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) at Invesco, you will lead ETS teams in the application of ETS services to support domain partners in creating innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance technology stability. Your focus will be on evolving the technology and operations teams in Hyderabad into an integrated working environment across all functional areas. Collaboration with global technology and operations leadership, Hyderabad senior leadership, and human resources professionals will be crucial to identifying, developing, and driving targeted strategies to enhance the talent and development experience for the Hyderabad-based Technology colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage diverse teams across data platforms, data operations, engineering platforms, enterprise architecture, enterprise practices, and enterprise assurance. - Develop and implement strategic plans to align with global enterprise technology goals. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the teams. - Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships and collaborate with leaders across all regions and functions. - Drive impactful changes as a member of the India Leadership Team (ILT), influencing key decisions and shaping strategic direction. Qualification Required: - 18+ years of experience in Technology, preferably in financial services. - Demonstrated success in executing large-scale initiatives and strategies. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into easily understandable content. - Structured, detailed approach to work and disciplined time management skills. - Experience working in a collaborative environment and building relationships at all levels. - Previous experience in a senior leadership role within enterprise technology services. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a global organization with a matrix structure. - Experience in talent development and fostering a high-performance culture. - Bachelor's degree in technology or related field of study, post-graduate degree preferred.
