As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects to ensure they align with our strategic goals and deliver value to the organization. Your impact will be significant as you lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion. You will be tasked with ensuring that these projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Developing detailed project plans, monitoring project progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential aspects of your role. Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies will also fall under your responsibilities. You will need to develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Communication will be key as you provide regular updates to stakeholders, address concerns or questions, and facilitate project meetings. Your background should include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with 3 to 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software, experience with engineering platforms and IT infrastructure projects, and certifications in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are desired qualifications. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, comply with organizational policies, and contribute to the overall success of our Engineering Platforms IT Roadmap.
