Head of Engineering

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical direction and guidance to the engineering team in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and industry trends for JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js development.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure seamless product integration and alignment with business goals.

Codebase Management:

Maintain and enhance the existing codebase, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and modularity of the software architecture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a technical leader or manager in software development, preferably with hands-on experience in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.

In-depth knowledge of modern web development technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams.

Demonstrated experience in building and scaling high-performance engineering teams.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
