•  Rs. 60,000 per month based on experience and skill.

•  Up to 3% of Sales (minus shipping and tax) based on Sales volumes, Margins and Performance with no cap on total amount eg. $100K in sales a month can get you $3000 in incentives that month on top of monthly salary

•  5 Public Holidays + 10 Paid Holidays

•  5 1/2 working days per week with flexible timings

🌟 Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Ownership

  • Take complete responsibility for the performance, growth, and operations of our Shopify-based e-commerce portal.
  • Work closely with product, design, graphics, marketing, and development teams to ensure flawless execution.

Shopify Expertise (Mandatory)

  • Deep understanding of Shopify inner workings, settings, themes, apps, metafields, schema, speed optimization, variant structures, URL structure, SEO basics, and product data architecture.
  • Ability to articulate your requirements to Shopify developers—coding skills are a bonus, not mandatory.

Sales, Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Strategize and execute marketing initiatives to scale online sales (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Email, SMS, Retargeting, Influencer campaigns).
  • Develop a strong brand identity to stand out from competitors in the high-end furniture market.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns focusing on ROI and long-term customer value.

Product Quality & Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure high-quality product uploads with accurate descriptions, variant structure, metadata, SEO tags, and beautiful imagery.
  • Understand luxury positioning and articulate product value clearly.

Data, Analytics & Decision Making

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Analytics

  • Google Search Console

  • Google Merchant Center

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Ability to turn data into decisions using dashboards like Google Looker Studio.
  • Track KPIs like conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, CAC, impressions, CTR, SEO rankings, and funnel drop-offs.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Clearly articulate requirements to teams:
  • Graphic Designers
  • Ad Creatives
  • Product Uploading Teams
  • Shopify Developers
  • Review changes, test flows, and ensure top-tier execution.
  • Take customer calls occasionally to understand pain points and improve experience.

AI-Ready Mindset

  • Strong understanding of how AI is reshaping e-commerce.
  • Recommend platform & content changes to rank high on

    GPTs, AI search engines, and modern discovery platforms

    .
  • Help restructure the team and workflows to take advantage of AI tools for efficiency and growth.

Customer Experience Focus

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey: browsing → product understanding → cart à checkout → post-purchase.
  • Ensure the best possible UX/UI, speed, transparency, and service quality.

Growth & Ambition

  • Must have experience handling

    $1M+ in online sales

    (cumulative or annual).
  • Hungry to dramatically grow revenue—and your own compensation with it.
  • Eager to build a long-term career and be a key driver of company success.

  • Excellent English communication—written & verbal.
  • Comfortable working night shift (India) to coordinate with US operations.
