Head of Ecommerce

As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Ecommerce strategy aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with the design team to create product and marketing materials such as designs, flyers, brochures, and social media graphics. Your role will involve leading and managing all online sales channels to drive growth in traffic, conversion rates, and online revenue. Additionally, you will be managing ecommerce platform development, integration, and performance while staying current with digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Ecommerce strategy aligned with business objectives - Create product and marketing materials in collaboration with the design team - Lead and manage all online sales channels - Drive growth in traffic, conversion rates, and online revenue - Manage ecommerce platform development, integration, and performance - Stay current with digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices - Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to Ecommerce tools and services - Collaborate with design, product, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure business alignment - Manage vendor and partner relationships related to ecommerce tools, platforms, and services - Own the ecommerce P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth - Manage budgets effectively across campaigns, platforms, and vendors to maximize ROI Qualification Required: - Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving digital customer experiences - Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills - Experience with marketplace In terms of Educational Qualification, a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. As for Experience, a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Ecommerce and digital marketing is necessary for this role.,
