Job Title : Digital Marketing Head (E-Commerce) Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu Company : Annachy (Powered by Saravana Stores) About : We are an early-stage ecommerce venture, backed by a renowned South Indian retail chain with over 50 years of legacy and 6 flagship super-stores across Tamil Nadu. Our mission is to bring the same trusted shopping experience to online customers, delivering trusted quality products at the lowest prices. Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Associate to join our team. With 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. Your expertise will help us achieve our growth objectives and enhance our digital presence across various channels. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management : · Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and other paid channels. · Develop and implement strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. · Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing. Performance Analysis: · Monitor and analyse campaign metrics including CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS to assess effectiveness. · Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. · Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and enhance campaign performance. Budget Oversight: · Assist in managing campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI. · Monitor spending and performance to stay within budget while achieving campaign goals. · Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize cost-effectiveness. Collaboration : · Work closely with the creative team to develop and refine ad creatives and landing pages. · Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies. · Partner with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiatives. Innovation & Trends: · Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. · Experiment with new strategies and technologies to drive innovation in our marketing approach. Qualifications: · Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. · 4 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role. · Proven experience managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI. · Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms. · Hands-on experience with major digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Share chat Ads, etc.). · Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. · Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
