🌐 We’re Hiring: Head of Detailed Design & Engineering – Data Centres (Navi Mumbai)

Data Centre Design & Engineering Leader

₹70 LPA

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead & sign-off on

  detailed engineering designs

  across Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Fire & Life Safety, and Controls.
• Ensure all designs are

  compliant, constructible, reliable, sustainable, and scalable

  .
• Collaborate with

  construction, procurement, commissioning & client teams

  for seamless project delivery.
• Manage

  A&E firms, vendors, and consultants

  – reviewing and approving technical submissions.
• Optimize designs for

  PUE, WUE, CAPEX/OPEX

  through value engineering.
• Build & mentor a

  multidisciplinary design engineering team

  .

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 12–15 years’ experience

  with

  7–10 years in Data Centre design

  .
• Deep expertise in

  MV/LV systems, cooling technologies, BMS/DCIM, and mission-critical infrastructure

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ETAP/SKM, CFD, Trane Trace, Pipe-Flo, Bluebeam

  .
• Strong knowledge of global standards:

  Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, NFPA, TIA-942, NEC/IEC, IS codes

  .
• Proven leadership in

  hyperscale data centres, cloud platforms, or mission-critical projects

  .
• Stability in prior roles (3–4 years minimum).
• Passion for

  innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability

  .
