Head of Design

Hiring for a Global Investment Firm which is also a Canadian MNC .

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  design coordination and management

  across all disciplines including:

• Architecture

• Interiors

  (common areas, amenities, restaurants, cafés, banquet halls, gym, crèche, suites/rooms, etc.)

• Landscape Design

• Lighting Design

• Signage Systems

• Art Integration

• Sustainability Initiatives

• Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

  (including DCR applications, MoEF, HRC, local bodies)
• Manage multi-disciplinary

  design teams

  , consultants, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class spaces aligned with project vision and user expectations.
• Oversee

  BIM processes

  to ensure accuracy in documentation, coordination, and clash resolution.
• Provide design direction and ensure seamless coordination across Architecture, Interiors, MEP, Landscape, Lighting, QS/Costing, and Scheduling.
• Review, track and manage

  project documentation

  ,

  design development

  , and

  execution support

  across assigned projects.
• Regularly

  report

  ,

  update

  , and present design progress and strategic inputs to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Keep abreast of

  emerging trends

  in design, art, and sustainability to enhance tenant/user experience and incorporate innovation into every project.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Architecture

  from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in architecture and design management roles, especially on

  Commercial Offices, Hospitality Projects, and Mixed-Use Developments

  .
• Strong command over design integration across

  Architecture, Interior, MEP, and Landscape

  .
• Proficient in

  BIM

  tools and platforms.
• Deep understanding of local

  regulations

  ,

  approval processes

  , and

  statutory norms

  .
• Experience with

  sustainability certifications

  (LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, etc.) preferred.
• Strong eye for

  design, detailing, and aesthetics

  , with an ability to think strategically and practically.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

15+ years. Prior experience of handling commercial / IT / ITeS SEZ / Mixed-use Commercial Office, Hotel, Premium Club/ Office fitouts, Amenities design
