We are hiring Head of Data Transformation & Adoption for an MNC

Location : Pune

Head of Data Transformation & Adoption

What You’ll Do:

Define and execute the vision and strategy for Data Literacy & Adoption.
Design and drive programs to embed a data-driven culture across the organization.
Partner with Data Governance, Change Management, and business units to ensure adoption.
Monitor metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve programs.
Advocate for data literacy through communication, training, and storytelling.
Identify impactful use cases and success stories to demonstrate value.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of Data literacy & Adoption frameworks OR strong background in data strategy, transformation programs, OR enterprise learning.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience.
Knowledge of change management, cultural enablement, and organizational design.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback and improve outcomes.
People development skills to grow and mentor the team.
Collaborative, results-driven, and passionate about building a data culture.
