We are hiring Fenergo Support Engineer for an MNC Location : PAN INDIA ( Remote ) Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical support for Fenergo applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to the Fenergo platform and its integrations. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and end-users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Assist in maintaining system documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks. Participate in the enhancement and optimization of Fenergo usage by contributing to the development and implementation of best practices. Support release management activities, including deployments, environment setup, and testing. Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary. Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal team members as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience working with the Fenergo platform in a support or engineering capacity. Strong technical background with a solid understanding of Fenergo modules, architecture, and integration frameworks. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving Fenergo-related issues in production environments. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), APIs, and enterprise systems integration. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and deliver solutions independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
