The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Looker, Tableau, and Power BI, and a strong understanding of presales processes, multi-platform BI environments, and modern BI practices. Awareness of conversational analytics and a passion for innovation are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy BI dashboards and reports using Looker, Tableau, and Power BI. • Collaborate with presales teams to support solution demos, technical documentation, and RFP responses. • Work across multiple BI platforms to deliver integrated and scalable analytics solutions. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models. • Contribute to modernization initiatives by migrating legacy BI systems to modern platforms. • Ensure performance optimization, data accuracy, and adherence to visualization best practices. • Explore and integrate conversational analytics capabilities (e.g., natural language queries). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. • Maintain documentation and follow development standards and best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in BI development and engineering roles. • Proficient in Looker, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI. • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization principles. • Experience supporting presales activities such as demos, technical discussions, and proposals. • Ability to work across multi-platform BI environments. • Awareness of conversational analytics tools and trends. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Good to Have Skills: • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or LookML for data manipulation and automation. • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards. • Exposure to AI/ML integration in BI solutions. • Certifications in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or cloud platforms. • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
