Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Customer Experience vertical across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and driving customer-centric strategies, strengthening customer relationships, improving satisfaction levels, and ensuring seamless end-to-end customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer experience strategies and SOPs.
• Monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead customer relationship teams and oversee all interaction points.
• Coordinate with Sales & Service departments to strengthen customer engagement.
• Establish customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Prepare and present CX performance metrics and reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Experience/CRM roles.
• Exposure to the automotive dealership industry will be preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with strong communication & analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage teams and work cross-functionally.
