Location

Kolkata - Will lead a Credit team of Housing Finance and LAP credit personnel - RCMs / ACMs / CM s across the country (~ 250 reportees)

• Candidate should have good knowledge and exposure to best in class underwriting practices of Mortgages.
• Awareness and prior exposure tolatest credit policies, credit processes in Mortgages (affordable, Prime housing, LAP segments) and Construction finance
• Sound understanding of regional legal and technical processes associated with mortgage finance.
• Strong networking capability across lenders and awareness of latest market best practices with various lenders (Banks / NBFCs) is a must requisite.
• Exhibited handling of large team at Regional, Area and location level in past assignments.
• Orientation and driving the team towards the objective of maintaining credit quality on the portfolio, TAT within stipulated timeliness, portfolio monitoring on early delinquencies, quick mortality, and suggestive credit improvements thereof.
• Exposure to LOS like SFDC , digital lending to this customer segment will be an added advantage.
• Closely interact with Business Heads at CO, Regional Heads, and the Risk team towards resolution of credit issues w.r.t policies, and processes.
• Handling third party Vendor management issues (FI / CPV / CPA, Legal /Technical agencies etc)
• Conduct periodic meetings/trainings / Workshop of staff.
• Presentation skills on portfolio performance like portfolio , asset quality etc is important

Eligibility Criteria

• CA / MBA finance from reputed institutes
• Preference from leading private sector banks like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis , Kotak etc

Experience Required

Min 20-22 Years of credit experience in handling sizeable Mortgages - Affortable and Prime housing segments. Exposure to Retail Assets portfolio ( Personal loans / Business loans, Auto loans etc) will be an advantage
