Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Lucknow, is for a Head of Collections. The Head of Collections will oversee and manage the collections department, ensuring debt recovery and optimizing collections strategies. Day-to-day tasks include supervising collections staff, analyzing collection data, developing collections policies, and collaborating with other departments to improve collections efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to achieving financial targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Debt Collection and Collections Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and utilize collection data effectively
• Proficiency in Team Management to lead and motivate the collections team
• Finance knowledge, especially related to lending practices and credit solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in financial services or NBFCs is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
