Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Officer located in Lucknow. The Senior Relationship Officer will manage and nurture business relationships, oversee financial transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling business loans, commercial vehicle finance, and Micro LAP products. The role also involves communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales initiatives to meet financial goals.
