Job Description

Surjit Finance is looking for Collections & Recovery Executive (Business Loan) to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collections and recovery process for business loans.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely payments.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of collections and recovery processes, particularly in business loan management.
