● Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
● Handle escalations and negotiate repayment plans with customers.
● Monitor overdue accounts and maintain detailed collection reports.

● Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).
● 3–5 years of experience in loan recovery or collection management.
● Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
