What we are looking for:
We are looking for passionate dynamic graduate with 10 - 15 + years of experience in leading a team of Collection division.
Hands on experience in handling team and clients on recovery process. Good communicator with go getter attitute.
What you will be doing :
The incumbent will be leading a team of Collection and Receivables Team to over see tasks, strategic approach to improve team performance.
New ideas for speedy collection and recovery of long pending dues.
Reviewing with individual team members for collection status, addressing critical issues, escalating to management wherever support needed.
Periodic Training the team on collection process. Not limited but other interesting roles will be assigned from time to time.
Willing to take challenges and work under pressure with not compromising the result.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
