As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing client service strategies to meet business objectives. You will manage a team of client service professionals to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your role will involve leading client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns.
