Overview

Skalegrow is a B2B marketing agency that helps companies in the IT, tech, SaaS, robotics, and embedded systems industries grow with marketing. Our focus geographies include the US, UK, Europe, UAE, Canada, Australia, and India. This position is to lead and manage Skalegrow’s client projects and ensure various tasks are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Own Skalegrow’s client projects and work closely with the clients to ensure the deliverables are met within the stipulated time.
• Work with the rest of the Skalegrow team to complete client-related tasks across multiple domains including content, SEO, email marketing, graphic design, video editing, etc.
• Act as a liaison between the clients and Skalegrow’s delivery team to collect, comprehend, and explain key requirements associated with client deliverables.
• Review the team’s output and ensure they meet the standards set by the clients across the various services offered by Skalegrow.
• Support Skalegrow’s presales activities by taking part in the proposal process and taking a prospect to closure (there won’t be any targets associated with this. The Head of Projects is only expected to handle the presales activities).
• Act as the single point of contact for all the client projects and work with external parties like freelancers and other vendors to ensure projects are completed based on agreed upon SLAs.
• Work with the CEO to closely review project progress. Establish reporting mechanisms to constantly monitor client activities including measuring expected project outcomes.

Desired skills and qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years experience in managing various activities related to B2B marketing.
• Experience managing client projects in a marketing agency (especially B2B projects) will be a huge plus.
• Since a lot of Skalegrow’s projects are related to content, a content-heavy experience is a must-have for this role.
• Experience in performance marketing across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc., will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to diverse marketing functions like content, SEO, graphic design, video marketing, website, and email marketing will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in marketing automation is desired.
• For effective growth, this role requires the candidate to be hands on when it comes to at least 2 or 3 areas mentioned above.
• Skalegrow is in its early years and consider applying only if you are comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Any graduate.
