Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Client Services at our office in Mumbai. The individual in this role will oversee and manage client relationships, ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns, and lead the client servicing team to achieve excellence. Responsibilities include managing accounts, strengthening business relationships, coordinating with teams for campaign execution, developing strategies to meet client objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands a combination of strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Client Services, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to inspire, lead, and grow a high-performing client services team.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the advertising or digital marketing domain is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Deep understanding of rural markets and ability to create campaigns that resonate with the rural audience is a strong advantage.
