Role Overview: As a Client Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement client service strategies to align with business objectives. You will lead a team of client service professionals to ensure exceptional client satisfaction levels. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders will be integral to your role. Conducting client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and address any concerns, as well as collaborating with internal teams for successful project delivery, will also be part of your daily tasks. Monitoring and analyzing client feedback to enhance service quality and providing regular reports to senior management for business development opportunities are essential components of your job.
