Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  B2B sales

  of Digital Marketing & Development Services in the US & Canada markets.
• Work on

  pre-qualified leads

  provided by the Lead Generation team.
• Manage the

  end-to-end sales cycle

  – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team

  to achieve collective and individual targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide training & guidance, and ensure high productivity.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed

  monthly sales and revenue goals

• Share market insights and contribute to

  strategic business growth

Requirements

• Proven

  experience in International B2B Sales

  (preferably in IT, Digital Marketing, or Development Services).
• Strong

  leadership & team management skills

  – ability to guide, train, and inspire team members.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  .
• Demonstrated ability to consistently

  achieve sales targets

  .
• Comfortable working on the

  Night Shift (US/Canada time zone)

  .
