Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Business Development located in Gurugram. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing business strategies. Daily tasks include overseeing sales, creating and managing business plans, and developing strategic partnerships. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand accounts, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Business Development
• Strong background in home decor and architect industry.
• Strong connects with architects in a big plus.
• Experience in Sales and Account Management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Capability to work with market dynamics and customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in a similar role in the industry is a plus
• Should be able to work as an individual contributor and grow the company presence in NCR
