Job Description

As the Head of B2B Sales Agent Network at Edvoyant, you have the exciting opportunity to lead and scale the B2B agent network across India. This role goes beyond traditional sales responsibilities, requiring you to think innovatively, devise scalable acquisition strategies, and achieve significant growth in student applications through agent channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the B2B agent channel strategy for India, including agent acquisition, onboarding, performance optimization, and retention. - Develop and implement a high-impact roadmap to expand agent-driven student applications. - Establish ambitious targets for agent sign-ups, applications, conversions, and revenue, consistently exceeding them. - Create a scalable agent acquisition engine covering Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities through regional teams, partnerships, and digital channels. - Lead a team of regional B2B sales managers, agent success specialists, and support staff. - Design incentive structures, training programs, and engagement models to foster agent loyalty and high performance. - Innovate agent onboarding, enablement, and empowerment through technology and services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless agent and student experiences. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and changes in student mobility to adapt plans accordingly. - Prepare and present detailed dashboards, forecasts, and performance reviews to the leadership team. **Qualifications:** - 8-12 years of B2B sales/channel development experience, preferably in international education, edtech, or agency-driven models. - Minimum 3-5 years in a senior leadership role managing distributed teams and P&L ownership. - Proven track record of building and scaling revenue-driven partner networks. - Visionary mindset with a proactive approach and deep knowledge of the overseas education agent ecosystem. - Results-oriented with a growth-hacking attitude, strong business acumen, and data-led decision-making skills. - Familiarity with CRMs, sales automation tools, and reporting systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
