About The Opportunity

We are building a new-age B2B marketing and brand solutions vertical tailored to the unique dynamics of India’s alcoholic beverages market. This is a rare opportunity to

lead a business from the ground up

—designing the vision, go-to-market strategy, and execution roadmap for a full-service agency focused on brand growth, distribution support, and market entry solutions.This leadership role is perfect for someone who blends deep industry knowledge with entrepreneurial drive and a consultative approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Vertical Development

Build and scale a B2B marketing and growth solutions business catering exclusively to alcobev and premium F&B brands.Define service offerings spanning brand activations, GTM strategy, community marketing, event IPs, and trade visibility solutions.Shape a clear value proposition for Indian and international brands entering or expanding in India’s alcobev sector.

Revenue & Financial Management

Own the vertical’s full P&L, with accountability for revenue targets, cost structures, and margin performance.Drive business growth through consultative selling and value-driven client engagements.

Client Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships

Engage directly with senior marketing leaders, founders, and decision-makers in the alcobev space.Lead complex proposals, negotiations, and long-term retainer conversations.Develop partnerships across hospitality, nightlife, events, and experiential marketing networks.

Branding, GTM & Communications

Define the B2B brand identity, ensuring alignment across all digital, PR, sales, and partner-facing materials.Oversee content creation, case studies, and marketing collateral to establish the vertical as a thought leader in the industry.

Consulting & Market Enablement

Support international and regional alcobev brands with India entry strategies, compliance advisory, and distribution mapping.Offer strategic insights into evolving consumer behavior and regulatory challenges across states.

Team Leadership & Execution Excellence

Recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team across strategy, sales, servicing, and delivery.Build operational SOPs to manage experiential campaigns, brand partnerships, and activation programs at scale.Monitor performance benchmarks, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction metrics.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves

10–15 years of experience in the Indian alcoholic beverages ecosystem (brands, distribution, or marketing).Prior experience in B2B business development, especially service-led models or agency consulting.Proven P&L ownership with the ability to scale a vertical from inception.Strong network across alcobev, HORECA, events, and/or luxury/lifestyle sectors.Commercial acumen, creative thinking, and a builder’s mindset.

Preferred

Experience launching international brands in India or advising on market entry.Prior leadership roles at a brand consultancy, trade marketing agency, or experiential/events firm.Familiarity with state-wise alcobev regulations and sales/distribution dynamics.
