Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Artificial Intelligence at Agnisc Corp. The Head of AI will be responsible for developing and leading AI strategies to drive business outcomes, leveraging advancements in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. Responsibilities include guiding data-driven decision-making, overseeing the end-to-end design and implementation of AI systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges. The role requires managing AI-based projects, mentoring team members, and establishing industry-standard practices for AI development. Success in 12 months means clear AI roadmaps, production-grade deployments, and monetizable AI offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy aligned to business and revenue goals
• Own end-to-end AI roadmap across products and client solutions
• Guide architectural decisions and ethical AI practices
• Partner with product and GTM teams to commercialize AI offerings
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI team
• Evaluate build vs buy decisions for models and platforms

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Science and foundational knowledge in software engineering principles
• Hands-on experience in Data Science, including data analysis, modeling, and implementation
• Expertise in Pattern Recognition to develop and optimize AI algorithms
• Strong domain knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision
• Leadership skills to manage teams and execute AI projects effectively
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence) is preferred
• Previous experience in managing high-impact AI projects and working in fast-paced technology environments

Must have

• Strong experience with ML, LLMs, and AI system design
• Proven ability to link AI initiatives to business outcomes
• Leadership experience in cross-functional environments
• Exposure to Voice, NLP, or GenAI platforms

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or AI product companies
